This is a nice set of 5 resistance bands with a door anchor "doughnut" and several other handle accessories. Bands seem to be in great condition, haven't used it because I'm basically a lazy person...but it's a nice set. Comes in a drawstring pouch as shown - makes for a nice compact little set up. I do my best to reuse and recycle, so your item will almost certainly arrive in a recycled box with recycled (but ALWAYS CLEAN!) packing materials. I’m fortunate to live close to several retail locations that make it easy for me to get clean boxes. I do keep a reasonable standard of appearance, but you won’t mistake them for Amazon boxes.... unless you happen to get a recycled Amazon box, of course.
